Australian domestic shipping

We currently use Australia post for all domestic orders. Choose between standard or express in checkout.

International shipping

We use Australia post for international orders. Choose between standard or express.

If an item doesn’t currently have international shipping, please contact us for a quote.

Returns

Return Cost

Any returns costs fall upon the customer - including shipping or re-shipment of items.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for Made To Order items unless faulty. You can cancel your order before fabric is cut. Ready To Ship items may be returned up to 15 days after purchase. Refunds will not be processed until we receive the item back in as new condition with tags still on.

15 Days to Return

If you have purchased a Ready To Ship item, you may return it within 15 days. Notify us of your desire to return the item within 15 days if it requires being shipped back to us.
